Membership Fees

Clio Country Club is located at 13141 N. Linden Road, behind Country Club Village Condominiums.  We are a private club; therefore, a sponsor from a current member is required to join.  The Club consists of a pro-shop, clubhouse, restaurant, and bar.  The current costs of becoming a member are as follows.

Application Fee: $200.00 – This is deducted from the total due when initiated.

Initiation Fee:  $250.00 

Stock Fee:  $500.00 for five (5) shares

NOTE:  Initiation and Stock Fees can be paid in two installments.  $375.00 the day you join and $375.00 on February 1st of the next year.  This is not for dues or assessments; it is for Stock purchase only.

Dues Fee: $1,860.00 per year or $155.00 per month.

New Clubhouse Assessments Fee:  $540.00 per year or $45.00 per month.

Kitchen Minimum:  $250.00 for couples and $175.00 for singles, (May 1^st through October Week).

Electric Cart Fees:  $26.00 for 18 holes played, and $14.00 for 9 holes.

Trail Fee:  $150.00 per year if you bring your own cart.

Cart Storage Fee:  $150.00 per year if you store your cart.

GAM (Computerized Handicap Scoring) Fee:  $25.00 per year.

Locker Rental:  $30.00 per year.

        If all obligations to the Club (dues, trail fees, cart storage, GAM, locker) are paid by February 1^st, that member will be

        entitled to pay 1/2 green fees for all their guests for the full golfing  season (April thru October).
